After 4 bids I’ve decided that PENLAND Air & Heating will be my go to company from now on. It’s refreshing to have a company deliver only what I needed, quickly & efficiently. I had a meeting that day and Pendland guys couldn’t have been more considerate while installing my new system. H is for HONEST!

Dylan was my service technician. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. The best customer service I have witnessed in a long time. Penland is a great company and is fortunate to have Dylan. I will call on them again and I highly recommend them. Thank you!

While the defect could not be fixed, Dylan tried very hard to find the cause ant to fix it, and he was very honest, and he was excellent and letting us know what was going on. I would certainly trust this person again to be here and work on our unit.
