I sent Carolina Pools and Maintenance a message through Facebook messenger to set up cleaning and maintenance services for my pool and spa. Tim came out for a meet and greet visit a few days later. He did an assessment on my pool and told me about their services. Yesterday Tim returned to my pool and properly modified and adjusted my entire Hayward automation system. I've had a handful of pool cleaning companies come to my house not knowing how adjust the pool settings through the Hayward panel. Tim was professional and without a doubt knew what he was doing.
