I’d like to brag on Tim, he has come through many times including the replacement of my pool pump right before my daughters birthday Pool Party and recently when hair was rapped around the pump causing it not to run…this company is great for all your pool needs
I am more than satisfied with the weekly service. Prompt, courteous, and very thorough. In the past four years, I have tried 3 other services. Carolina's performance is so far above the rest!
Tim and his team have helped us tremendously with our pool- providing regular maintenance and closing/re-opening for the season. We didn’t know a lot about pool maintenance going in, but they were able to teach us with “pool school” and have been very flexible when service is requested. I asked for a full winter closing on the pool, but Tim went through the different options with me that I didn’t realize were available. On his advice we went with a partial close that requires far less work when opening back up for the season. Fantastic advice that we’ll follow every year now! I also love that we don’t have to be on a set cleaning schedule if we don’t want to- we can request cleaning and maintenance as often or infrequently as needed. I’m happy to be a customer!
