The docs, Sam and Ellis are so professional and exhibit such care for our sick little pom TEDDY. They also care for our cat WALTER and are just as compassionate with him. The staff are always friendly, caring and try very hard to take care of whatever we need. So glad we have such a place to care for our babies.
I can't thank Dr. Sam Schmidt and Dr. Ellis enough for the care they provided for our Mini Pearl in order to save her life. It's only been a week since her life saving surgery but she is a trooper and is starting to act like her normal self again. They along with their vet techs Alyssa and Kimmie are the best and have checked on Mini Pearl everyday! If you want a vet that truly cares for your animals wellbeing, go to this practice!!
This is one office that I can genuinely say they care about each and every patient they see. I travel from New Bern for my pets to receive care from Austin Vet. Dr. Ross and Reba (truthfully, the entire staff) went above and beyond to try and save my sweet Lila. They utilize technology and discuss cases with each other to try and find the best solutions possible. They gave me more time with Lila, even when others told me to say my goodbyes. When Lila's time eventually came, Dr. Ross and Reba were there with us the entire time, even laying down beside us and giving her extra love in her final moments.
