I have been a customer at Root Down Hair studio since it opened and a customer of Chad’s at previous salons. They are professional, provide amazing service, and incredible stylists. They are more than just a salon; they treat their customers like family. I have recommended many people to their services over the years and most are still customers. They promote local businesses and take care of their customers. I’ve witnessed this personally. Excellent salon!
I recently moved here and have tried other salons with no luck of finding the right fit, Maggie at Root Down listened to me, was super nice and gave me a very professional thorough haircut and styling. I’ve already booked my next appointment, great customer service, beautiful clean artistic salon and a variety of products. Excited to have found someone I trust in our new town! Julie Matre
