My first visit was an unknown, but I felt comfortable in the space. She used hands, hot rocks, and cupping. At the end, a hot blanket and muscle rest. There was some joint manipulation due to my condition. A pleasant experience.

Casey Allen is wonderful. Her massage center is well-appointed, very relaxing and now has a state-of-the art sauna, that is great. A 15 minute sauna before a massage is a must!
