After have 2 local electricians NOT return my calls about replacing a very high ceiling fan (18’ loft ceiling), I contacted Mr. Electric. They sent Tyler out the next day who reviewed the situation. We discovered the prior fan pole was not compatable with the new fan I had purchased. So I purchased a new pole from Lowes and Tyler came back the next day and installed the new fan and switch in our 18’ loft ceiling. Tyler was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Would definitely use Mr Electric again.

Fixed an emergency quickly and efficiently. Customer service great, electricians and the initial phone call to set up service were both courteous and kind. Pulled permits and got inspection from city quickly so that panel was repaired and heat was turned back on in the cold of this winter. Would definitely use them again! Highly recommend.

I called about a closet light that I installed but had been flickering so I figured something wasn’t right. Tyler came in let me know the switch needed to be changed, he got it done and was on his way within about 30 minutes! Extremely pleased and will definitely be using Mr Electric for any of my electrical needs!
