Noreen Barrett is amazing! We have both purchased and sold houses with her help, for a total of 3 transactions (so far!). She really knows her stuff. She not only helps with the basic purchase/sale in every way imaginable but is fantastic at communicating what's going on between parties and realtors, which is a big part of feeling comfortable about the whole process.
