Got my tank pumped out recently and can't complain about a thing. I was not home when he came but my fiance was and she had nothing but good things to say. Mr. Lassiter was very polite, personable, and professional, taking the time to not only talk to my fiance but show her about the septic tank in/about its previous state as well as the location and condition of the tank filter and general septic maintenance and upkeep after he finished. Mr Lassiter was also able to access the tank with minimal damage to my yard and did a very good job replacing the displaced dirt and grass where it isnt even obvious it was dug up.
