Superb work and professionalism. Not only did he pump the tank but he inspected it looking for any flaws. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. His price was great compared to other options in the area.

Got my tank pumped out recently and can't complain about a thing. I was not home when he came but my fiance was and she had nothing but good things to say. Mr. Lassiter was very polite, personable, and professional, taking the time to not only talk to my fiance but show her about the septic tank in/about its previous state as well as the location and condition of the tank filter and general septic maintenance and upkeep after he finished. Mr Lassiter was also able to access the tank with minimal damage to my yard and did a very good job replacing the displaced dirt and grass where it isnt even obvious it was dug up. I was provided professional service in a timely manner. I am pleased with the call system and priority of work. They have scheduled work for maintenance and inspections completed quickly. But if you are experiencing a problem, will work you into the already busy schedule. The service man was polite and professional, kept things clean and explained everything to us. Will definitely call for maintenance and use them again.
