Consistently the team at Valvoline is professional, efficient, and pleasant to deal with! It is so refreshing to see such a well run business! I have been bringing all of my cars there for years, and will continue to do so (and recommend to Friends). I used to change my oil myself for many years (decades). The convenience of having this team do the job for me is well worth the slightly increased price over buying my own oil and filters.
It was all goid until I was encouraged to leave a review for money off my next pil change. Today, Sept 18th, I paid $100+ for an oil change. I did the 10 minute review only to discover that the $10 off my next one, expires in 2 weeks! So they stole my time today to get 0 off an oil chage in 2 weeks.
That makes it a skin and that makes this review worth zero! I hate it when companies think we're stupid. Just for review they may have lost a customer. If a company doesn't value my time then I don't want their service.
