Shannon is a gem! Her experience and knowledge are top notch. I was in desperate search of someone who knew what to do with a Lagotto. Every other groomer wanted to treat her like a poodle, but though she's curly, she has a completely different coat. She's also a swimmer, and we were struggling with matting. Shannon listened to what was wanted and needed and then gave her the perfect cut fitting to her breed and lifestyle. So grateful to have found her! I cannot recommend her enough.
We love Touch of Grace. One of my dogs is not easy for nail maintenance and they are so patient with her. My other girl requires full space service and they always listen and deliver exactly what we ask for. Our girl had had extreme reactions to chemicals in the past that have sent her to the ER. I appreciate that this place always uses gentle organic products that are good for her.
Shannon and Jesse are awesome, you can tell they really love dogs! They did a great job on both my dogs, were very efficient and super affordable. Will go back and highly recommend!
