I am always greeted very respectfully by all the staff. When I first arrived in asheville almost 7 years ago, after a difficult move across the country alone, I found Richelle and her Secret Spa. What a miracle! My massage therapist Vic is the best! He always checks in with me during the massage to make sure it is the right amount of pressure and is nothing short of amazing in giving me a great massage! I experience Richelle, Nash and Vic as very professional and warm.
Wonderful experience at the Secret Spa! A full-service spa folded neatly into a beautiful historic downtown house, this place is luxurious, fun, and oh so old Asheville Olivia gave me a lovely, gentle pedicure & my facial with Melanie was heavenly!
Truly an amazing gem in Asheville. A truly relaxing atmosphere and filled with some wonderful women. You rarely experience the level of warmth and customer service that you find here. Would highly recommend.
