Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Mental Health Physician Assistants are very professional; highly qualified; caring and have their client's best interest always. I think they're The A Team!
The front office person Terry has aways been very sweet to me. I really enjoy talking to her. She is a little Gruff sometimes, but I think that's because she wears too many hats. When you need a medication refill The follow up is non existent. I have called a number of times and they NEVER get back to you. When you call them on it, they say they called but no record. Most of the clinicians are good. I have had one tell me I intimidated her and she was afraid of me. It seems strange that she would have made that comment since we did a Telephone appointment. If she was afraid of me while on a phone call, I do believe she might not be in the mental Health profession.
I've been treated in a professional manner with respect since coming to Pisgah. The staff listen to my concerns and are available via the patient portal when needed. They have truly helped me through hard times and are helping to maintain my mental health. I highly recommend them.
