Came back just to add this: Adam gave me great advice on how to tell if my computer is overheating. I am much less anxious now knowing!! Peace of mind is something you can't put a price tag on. <3
I had a very pleasant experience with Adam today. I had a fan sound that was worrying me and he was able to open up computer, find the issue, and give me a course of action on how to proceed. I will be back so he can complete this project and am very glad I found Tech House. Adam is clearly knowledgable and knows what he is doing. He also just seems like a super great dude, to be honest.
