About Rose Pilates

Rose Pilates is a down to earth, genuine, and authentic Pilates studio with over 30 years of teaching. It offers small, luxurious classes where excellent, skilled, attentive, and dynamic instructors give personal attention. They welcome anyone of any age or fitness level, offering different levels of reformer training from beginner to advanced. The feeling is of a real Pilates community rather than a fast-paced fitness class, making it a delightful place where students are happy to return.

Excellent, skilled, and attentive instructors. Really happy I found Rose Pilates! I like that they offer different levels of training in reformer classes, beginner to advanced. I'll keep returning as long as I'm in Asheville!

This place is delightful. Small classes feel luxurious and offer great attention. Instructors are all excellent and dynamic. The feeling here is authentic Pilates rather than Pilates/Hiit class/loud music/crazy fast. Check it out ??

At Rose Pilates, classes are small and the instructors are able to give personal attention. It has been a pleasure to be a part of this community and my body is grateful for my new muscles!
