Love this practice and the people there. Both doctors take such good care of my babies. Dr. Bertelli diagnosed my dog of 6 years with a thyroid condition, something no other vet ever tested for. Now he is so much happier and more energetic. My first experience with this practice sold me as a customer.Today they were able to get them in for a last minute appointment to avoid me having to run to the emergency vet. And again, the care from Dr. Hawkins was great. She made sure to talk me through everything and to spend time listening to the questions and concerns I had. Every staff person seems to really care about your pet. They take the time to explain what is going on and the treatment plan. They are considerate of costs and very clear on providing pricing up front so you know what you can afford. The vets have a clear love of animals.

The premises are inviting amd clean. Vet knowledgeable and personable and auxiliary staff are great. Best of all, they allow me to be present for exams and treatment of my dog which is not my experience with most vets in town. Our experience was great and my dog loved being there even though she got several injections.
