My wife and I are moving to NC to our forever home. Being that we are out of state buyers we had some reservations about how to do all of this remotely. Chad and Ashley provided a white glove service for sure. The inspection report that Chad provided was one of the most detailed I had seen - this includes the ones on our FL homes that have a great deal of hurricane and building code updates that happen every year. I have used Pisgah Home Inspection twice now and I am very pleased with the results. It is a thorough inspection and the report is generated usually the same day. They are very responsive and answer any questions asked.
