We contacted Paula after what seemed like irreconcilable differences in our 43 year marriage. There was no one thing we could point to but the arguments and distancing continued and was both suffocating and frightening. We both agreed that we wanted to save our marriage and agreed to couples counseling. I was fortunate to find Paula on Yelp because I was getting discouraged looking on the internet. It's not easy opening up to a stranger but Paula offered positive support, honest observations and the knowledge and experience one would want from a therapist. I would highly recommend her to any couple looking for the highest quality of talk therapy ( EFT ).

Having recently celebrated another anniversary we thought we'd update our review. The other night, we were sitting in audience at an event, listening and laughing together, and it struck me that I would marry my wife all over again. I suppose that is what makes a marriage- choosing each other again and again, and most of the time this choosing is implicit, but there are other times when it becomes a very conscious thought: yes, I choose you. We continue to negotiate the differences and misunderstandings, and sometimes hurt feelings...and i can't say those negotiations are easy, but they sure are less fraught. I am so grateful we found Paula. When my husband and I started seeing her, I had no idea how to move forward in our relationship and felt very lost, stuck and uncertain of the future. However, Paula did what I worried was the impossible - she was able to bring us back to each other, again and again.Paula has an exceptional talent for what she does, and the utmost professionalism and ethics.
