I highly recommend Paula and her staff. I wanted to have the diamond in my engagement ring reset in a custom setting for my and my husband's 35th wedding anniversary. Paula and her staff were responsive and helpful at every step of the process. Communicating with Patti helped it all go smoothly, and Paula and Pete created a beautiful ring that is just what I hoped for. I received the ring today and couldn't be happier!

The staff at Paula Dawkins were very kind and helpful! I had a pair of titanium-framed eyeglasses that were broken, and multiple opticians in town advised me that they were unable to repair them since titanium requires a specific type of laser soldering. The jeweler at Paula Dawkins was able to repair them so delicately that the broken spot is now no longer noticeable. The cost was also very reasonable.
