I am not sure what has changed with this business, but they no longer answer emails or provide customer service. I have reached out multiple times over a month's time, after they went quiet on a partially completed project, and I have had no response from them. It has been frustrating and disappointing to say the least.

We used Ninebar for a couple of print ads and for web design and I just can't recommend them enough. This team is patient, professional, responsive, and meticulous. Right from the beginning I noticed how they took their time with collecting information about our business and aesthetic preferences. We always had different options to choose during the process. If something I wanted didn't work, they came up with a better alternative. We ended up with a way more advanced site than what we were expecting in terms of design and function. Alex and Nic at Ninebar recently redid my website. I'm so please with the outcome of it all. The whole process went really well. We met and discussed how I needed my website to function, how I could imagine functionality to grow over time and what design aesthetics appealed to me. They got back to me quickly with answers to my questions, they battled my hosting company and even got a refund on my service when the hosting company could not provide the functionality that I needed, and cheerfully implemented all my requests, comments and edits. I'm secure in the knowledge that I've got the architecture in place to grow and expand my site and business.
