I have to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Monitto! I went in a week ago for my first full-body adjustment and Y-Strap adjustment because I’d been struggling with back pain, neck tightness, poor sleep, and constant cramping at night. During my adjustment I cramped a few times, and he used a magnesium spray that relieved it almost instantly. He recommended I grab the spray and Magnesium Glycinate, which I did on the way home. Since then, my sleep has been some of the best I’ve had in a long time. I’ve already been back for a follow-up visit, and the progress I’ve made in just two adjustments has been amazing. Visiting Dr. Monitto for the first time was a great experience. Easy to schedule, super friendly check-in, and Doc was clearly an expert! Within minutes you can tell how smart and knowledgeable he is. I walked in with back pain after 12 hours of driving and walked out feeling so much better. If I lived in Asheville or close by, I'd be a regular patient. Highly recommend!
