LTC was recommended to me by a friend. I made the appointment by talking to a pleasant human. It was a chance to hear from an employee to get a feel for the company & ask any pre-hiring questions I might have. The appointment was made easily. To me this process offered advantages over being given a web page with dates & times to schedule the appointment myself. The technician, Travis, was on time, efficient and thorough. He took the time to investigate the problem I was having & made several changes that improved the situation. A situation my previous HVAC repair company ignored the two different times I mentioned it to them. Need I say more.
