I did not have JAG build my home but I did buy it from an investor who built it and I am the first owner to live in it. Obviously it’s a beautiful well constructed home and that is why we bought it. But obviously once you move in there are a few punchlist items that come up. I will say this Noi who takes in the complaints has been prompt in getting me the relief that I needed. i’ve had two issues so far. One was a window that had a bad draft. within a day they had Scott come out to my house who did great work and diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Had a second issue come up with a problematic smoke detector and another door draft and he was here the same day.... read full review

We had such an incredible experience with Jag Green Builders that we are already building our second home with them. Finding a builder this reliable is rare, and Jag is truly one of the best in the business. The quality of the home is superior, with finishes that are nothing short of amazing. What made this project even more impressive was that we built this house while living in another state. Because we couldn't be on-site often, communication was vital; Tim did a fantastic job keeping us updated with weekly photographs and detailed recaps of all the progress. His assistant project manager, Charles, was also instrumental, even helping make critical design decisions... read full review

We picked JAG to build our mountain home in Swannanoa NC, Started construction in 2024 and finished in 2025. It’s been now close to a year since we moved in and we absolutely love the home and the work. During the selection process we picked JAG because of the transparency in their overall process, their focus on green building science and how we clicked with their team. I am not sure if they were expecting how involved of a home owner I would be at every step of the construction process, but they met me at that level. I was able to witness in detail the work of pretty much every craft/trade that went into my home and the resources they brought were top notch. ... read full review
