I have had the privilege of taking classes at Iyengar Yoga Asheville for a number of years, both in-person and online. I have been particularly impressed with the quality of the teachers, their understanding of the body, and their ability to make accommodations for the pain associated with the aging process. Thanks to Lynn, Jayne and Randy for always making me feel like they are teaching a class just for me.

Iyengar Yoga Asheville employs the finest and most committed teachers. With open practice times, many levels of classes, and now guided practice, the teachers are constantly practicing, learning, growing and passing this on to their students. I am so much more flexible, knowledgeable, and capable. My body has stretched in ways no other yoga studio could support and the way their classes are taught i am very motivated to practice at home. We are so lucky. If you are in Asheville and need to take a yoga class, this is a great place.
