After a HORRIBLE experience at the Great Clips on Merrimon, where Stephanie was unnecessarily rude and rough with my 7 year old, and then gave him a horrid cut, I call this Westgate location to see if they could fix it. They bumped my lil guy right to the front of the queue and gave him a wonderful and gentle cut. I'm headed back for my own cut today! Great location.

The lady who cuts my hair always does a great job. I wish I knew her name, she lives in Tennessee and I would definitely recommend her. She always cuts my hair the way I want and is super cool and friendly.

I can’t believe how great my $17 haircut was. I made a reservation and got in right on time despite how busy they were. I showed Tiana a picture of how I wanted my hair and she nailed it. She was thorough but efficient. Very friendly too! So happy.Service: Haircut
