We love this place. Our second visit was even better than our first. After a long day of driving thru the biggest snow storm of the year, we arrived to be greeted with a wonderful glass of champagne at check in. The gentleman at check in were very welcoming.We then went to The Red Stag for a very yummy dinner. Brian B. was a very knowledgeable and helpful server. We retired to our beautiful suite. After taking a nice soak in the jacuzzi tub, we slept like babies.Thank you for taking such good care of us during our stay at your outstanding hotel.Walkability: Very close to Biltmore village.
Fabulous location with great food and service. The complementary hotel car service was an excellent perk that we used more than anticipated! The valet team was wonderful- they were quick, professional, and helpful with arranging transportation.
Beautiful hotel with artwork throughout. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Great staff and nice restaurant and bar. Prime location to downtown and the 22 mile river walk.Walkability: Easy walk to many shops, restaurants, and bars.
