Best body work for your money in Asheville. $35 for 30 minutes. Bring cash. In the garage and go in the entrance to the left of the food court, take your first left and it will be on your first left.
LOVE this place. Prices are extremely fair (just a few cents over $1/minute) and the therapists are not afraid to dig into tension if you like deep tissue! Focus work is welcome here if you have specific areas of focus you want work on! I just got 45 minutes on my chest/pecs and the pain i had in my armpit when I cross my arm laterally across my body is much lower from one session! (Sometimes my foam roller hurts too much and I need to lay there and relax and have someone else work on me).
I found a therapist i matched with here and I have been every week for the past four weeks!

I had an hour long table massage today and it was absolutely fantastic. I was having some lower back pain and the guy who did my massage really got in the muscles and worked out the tension and pain 10/10 recommend. I’ll definitely be back!
