Cat is amazing. She combines deep knowledge of the body with an intuitive ability to understand individual needs. Every session is thoughtful and personalized. She not only helps correct imbalances and relieve pain, but also teaches me how to move and function better in my daily life so the benefits last beyond the treatment room. I always leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and empowered. Highly recommended.
I have a few chronic misalignments in the joins of my right leg, and have been seeing bodyworkers most of my life to care for the related pain patterns. No one has ever named and addressed the root of the issues as thoroughly and effectively as Cat. She's an absolute genius.
Cat genuinely cares abt the well being of her clientele…this shows in her willingness to share the gift she has with her magic hands and intuition but also the extensive knowledge she has pertaining to additional things like supplements and exercises to do at home to further support well being. No doubt you’ll love your experience with her!!
