“I highly recommend Blue Ridge Floors. They installed flooring for us in late August and did a stellar job. We've been moving and crazy busy so this review is overdue but I definitely want to share the amazing work they did. We purchased our Titan flooring from a third party (Blue Ridge didn't carry this brand) but Blue Ridge was happy to install it for us even though we didn't buy the flooring from their store. Rico is just the best. He's authentic, listens to all your concerns (and believe me, I asked lots of questions!) and has tons of experience not only as a project manager but doing the work as well. And did I mention we live in Marion? They came out and didn't charge extra fees for the travel to Marion which was a huge plus for us due to our limited budget. The detail work was also well done. All the jams, transitions and check out the photo of our HVAC duct that they installed around. Absolutely flawless!

Andres was the lead for our install and really cared about the work he did. He did beautiful work plus he was fast. The team of two were done with our living room, hallway and three bedrooms in about 5 hours. In addition, they did a great job balancing the plank patterns. The marketing images for the flooring showed more light planks than dark but Andres opened nearly all the boxes and preset the planks in each room to ensure everything was balanced. He came to me before he started to let me know there were more dark planks than light to ensure I was okay with this. He also allowed me to approve the first several rows he installed before moving on with the rest of the room. I can't recommend them enough and would absolutely hire them again. FYI, the flooring we chose is Titan Surfaces Epic Series in Copper Ridge (8mm WPC).“

“I was referred to PBI for our residential windows to be replaced. I wasn't aware that they did that kind of work. I learned about their preferred line of windows from Sun and stopped in. We met Brian Hutchinson who came out to our house, a long way out to our house. He put a great quote together that was surprising and we went with Brian. Unfortunately, this was during the supply chain problems but Brian kept us informed and we actually got delivery at an ideal time (January followed by the installation week in February with 70+ degeree weather) and in went the windows. We love them! Great looking, great functionality and Brian was great to work with! We highly recommend PBI and Brian! If you're considering replacing windows in your home, do not overlook PBI.
