FIRST ONSITE did an excellent job of remediating white mold in my home. The crew was so thorough, professional, and pleasant to deal with. They left everything spotless. The project director sent a daily report, was easy to contact if I had questions or concerns, and at the end of the project I had a detailed photographic record of all that had been done. I recommend them highly.

These guys are amazing! They're local to my area which is important to me to give back to local businesses. They called me back, and came out immediately, before any other contractor. They took the time to explain their recommendations and why. They even worked with my insurance company. I spoke to another company who wanted to take out everything, even places that weren't even wet. First OnSite recommended not to do this because the insurance company would not pay for anything that wasn't damaged which could cause me to pay out of pocket for anything that wasn't damaged. My insurance company agreed and recommended that I go with them. If I would have gone with the other company I would have been paying out of pocket. Basically, I didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you First OnSite for putting me at ease during a stressful time of my life!
