Positive experience. Called and they responded promptly and with clarity. Dropped off laptop and they diagnosed within 24 hours, offered repair options and completed what I requested promptly also. Have come to them a few times now and have had positive experiences each time.

I had a pre-built pc that randomly stopped working and a laptop that also wouldn't work anymore. I had both worked on here and Christopher kept me updated which I greatly appreciated and finished working on both of them in roughly less than 48hrs. The price was very fair considering everything he had to fix and he was very helpful in how to avoid problems like that in the future. I am more than happy with my experience and I will be recommending my friends to come here if they ever need computer help. :)

Our grandson’s computer crashed (failed hard drive) while he was here for a short visit and Christopher’s Computers had it repaired and fully functional in just a matter of days. We are long-time clients and this just cemented our confidence in these great folks.
