I spoke with a man there who kept claiming his bedside manner was horrible and he wasn't lying. I reached out to get help and ended up just crying as I felt I wasn't being listen to or heard. I don't respond well to this kind of person.

This Kevin jackass called me in the middle of my nap and didn't even leave a message. After reading the reviews it's obvious they're hurting for business and cold-calling. Have another 1-star to go with your collection of 1-stars, free of charge.

Not recommended. Like most of you we did not pay much attention to reviews. We were looking through an ad that he had come highly recommended. After paying upfront to have 2017 filed and then later the rest for 2018 and 2019 and a total sum of $1200. He has not returned a single call for 3 months and claims he is sick and some other family story excuse. I understand people go through things but this happened way before and we feel after reading all the reviews now this guy is simply committing fraud.
