This Kevin jackass called me in the middle of my nap and didn't even leave a message. After reading the reviews it's obvious they're hurting for business and cold-calling. Have another 1-star to go with your collection of 1-stars, free of charge.

Not recommended. Like most of you we did not pay much attention to reviews. We were looking through an ad that he had come highly recommended. After paying upfront to have 2017 filed and then later the rest for 2018 and 2019 and a total sum of $1200. He has not returned a single call for 3 months and claims he is sick and some other family story excuse. I understand people go through things but this happened way before and we feel after reading all the reviews now this guy is simply committing fraud. My move to Asheville was 16 years ago from Chicago. I found the nicest “Welcome to Asheville” note from Kevin Houston at Blue Ridge Tax Advisors in my mailbox several weeks later and saved for tax filing season. He also became my financial advisor during the recession of 2008. That financial advice sustains me to this day. The assistance of Marlene Berry and staff is thorough, professional and personal. They are simply the best!
