BenchMark Physical Therapy

I came to BenchMark Physical Therapy in November/December of 2025 because of a right knee injury. The receptionist, Hope, was kind and thorough getting me set up with insurance and appointments. Aaron, my therapist, showed excellent knowledge in crafting my group of exercises and stretches. He knew how to motivate me and always created an encouraging atmosphere. I've had several experiences with physical therapy over the years, and the relationship I was able to build with the therapists at West Asheville Benchmark have by far been the best. I appreciate their accessibility and their expertise, and feel that we work well together to build a program that best meets my needs. I've never enjoyed going to PT before, but I look forward to going to Benchmark. Hope, the receptionist, is delightful and skilled, essential to the efficient running of the practice, and a pleasure to spend time with as well.

I was suffering from terrible sciatic nerve pain that was just debilitating and I was terrified for my mobility. After working with Nikki at Benchmark I have made incredible progress. My husband is a retired physician with high standards and he is very impressed with her too. She is so very good at what she does, and she is such a kind and compassionate person.
