BenchMark Physical Therapy

I have been going to Benchmark in West Asheville for over a year and a half now—first, with Tyler and then Kelly—for several issues that needed physical therapy. I cannot say enough about the enthusiasm, professionalism, and personal attention provided by these therapists. I started going there for serious neck problem—which was addressed and alleviated, and then later for rehabilitation after knee replacement. I had chronic Achilles tendon pain for something like 16 or 17 years and had been to countless PT places for help. I'd get temporary relief through stretching exercises, but it took a long time to get relief. After going to Dr. Kelly John, I IMMEDIATELY started feeling relief. She did a few different kinds of therapy, dry needling, and rubbing this metal smoothing device on it. (Can't remember what the technique is called.) Kelly shows her passion for physical therapy through her willingness to help patients return to their prior level of function. She listens to what patients have to say and is very receptive with their feedback. She is great!!
