such a phenomenal salon. everyone is so kind and my stylist Jacklyn does the most beautiful work. i always get compliments on my hair no matter how many weeks out from my recent appointment i am. any time someone asks i will always direct them to this salon and my stylist if she’s taking clients . ?

I stumbled upon Bella Chic while on a Google mission to find a place that had the conditioner I was looking for in stock and they just so happened to be just a state over from me. I reached out to see if they thought my order would arrive in time for an upcoming trip if I upgraded to expedited shipping (which was insanely affordable) and before I even got a response they had already packed and had my order ready to shipped within 2 hours. I got a response saying they made sure to expedite it and per UPS it would arrive the next day (which it did). Bella Chic is amazing! Best customer service I have ever dealt with! Very knowledgeable staff! Fast shipping is a bonus! In every order free samples are included, I just can’t say enough about this salon! I wish I lived in NC so I could get my hair done there. I have and will continue to recommend Bella Chic to everyone:) Thank you, Leah for always answering all my hair care questions!!
