Just an awesome experience. Last minute booking for a massage and 2 hour sauna and plunge. The massage by Ren was phenomenal. The facility is clean. I'll be honest, the cold plunge was brutal but I instantly felt better afterwards. I can see why people do this regularly. Highly recommend giving this a try.

Loved our first experience at Sauna House Asheville. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Space was bright, full of natural light, plants everywhere and clean. The saunas were top notch and big. Cold plunges were amazing. Heated benches were cozy. Loved the tech free environment- a true reset. We booked massages after our bathhouse visit and made a day of it. Loved the bath & body products provided in the showers. Highly recommend - we will be back!
