I had been taking Leah's Silver Strength and Small Group Fitness classes up until the pandemic and then joined her online Advanced Senior Strength and HIIT weekly classes. Leah makes working out fun while you "empty your tank" and I haven't lost a step this year! I continue to make gains in strength, balance and agility. She's a great instructor! I'm 67 years young.

Leah is an excellent teacher, explaining and demonstrating w/ great form, each exercise! cool routines, and her nice humor, authenticity and skills create each time, for me, a grand experience. I always feel better, stronger and grounded after choosing any one of her routines. Most grateful!
