Yesterday a very efficient & pleasant PA removed 42 staples from my scalp left from brain tumor removal at Duke. Hardly any wait, plenty of convenient parking & always pleasant stuff.

If you’re going to have a number for people to call at the walk in clinic- you should probably answer the phone rather than making your patients sit in their car for an hour. This is getting crazy, all the doctors have left and the billing is *always* wrong.
