Requested style: I wanted a short bob. It was ruined by the last person who cut it (not in her salon) a few months ago and incredibly, she worked her magic and managed to fix it and make it look great.
Stylist: My stylist was Tricia who is also the owner. She has years of experience and listens carefully to what you want. She is extremely skillful and her passion shines through.

I adore Asheville Hair Design Inc!!! I had to move from the area in July 2023, and drove 2.5 hours to get my hair done in December because I just can't find anyone as amazing as they are! Truly, such a wonderful team of people. I always love my results(the photo is the latest color I got done) and they are so kind, inclusive and warm. We always have great chats and I miss having such an awesome team close by!!! You will not be disappointed!!! ?❤️??

Poor communication between stylist and scheduler resulted in a long wasted trip for my son and me. We called en route to say we had driven to the wrong location (they had moved since our last visit), and Cindy said "no problem, come now and I'll let your stylist know." We got there, called to be let in (after navigating a maze of suites with no signage whatsoever), and were escorted to Alisha's chair, where she informed us that we were too late to get a haircut. (We were 11 minutes late.) Why didn't they tell us on the phone she wouldn't accept him after a certain time? Why did she let us in and walk us back? I paid $10 to make this appointment online and drove a long way to be turned away. NOT the way to run a business.
