Asheville Expert Roofing Solutions is a highly recommended roofing company. Customers describe the team as professional, responsive, helpful, friendly, and responsible. The company offers expertise, care, and craft, and the team knows their business backward and forward. Clients feel seen, heard, and understood. The crew is outstanding, hard working, and efficient, delivering beautiful jobs with excellent skill. Foremen and crews finish full roofs and gutters in two days, and clean up afterwards is excellent. The company delivered on its promises and communicated openly and timely during the process. One customer noted that the team worked over several weeks with an insurance company, using phone calls and detailed photos to greatly increase payment from what the company initially offered to a much greater pay out, with the goal to help and satisfy the customer at a very fair and competitive price. Another customer reported that the company was responsible for getting insurance to pay for replacing a roof. Customers state that the entire dreaded ordeal of roof replacement was far better than expected. The company stands by its product and customers to make sure they are happy. Customers recommend Asheville Expert Roofing Solutions highly and without reservation, and will call without needing to compare any other companies.
Integrity. That's the word that comes to mind when I think of this company. Christina and Nick were pros from the start, offering us expertise, responsiveness, care, and craft. They know their business backward and forward, and helped us feel seen, heard, and understood after a less than stellar experience with a different roofing company. I wish there were 6 stars to give Asheville Expert Roofing Solutions, but Google only gives me 5. Do yourself a favor and hire this company.
The Asheville Expert Roofing Team did an outstanding job on our (2) roofs and were professional and very efficient. They delivered on their promises and communicated openly and timely during the process. A pleasure to work with!

From initial storm damage repair through to full roof replacement, Christina has been thorough and skilled; her communication with us has been prompt and detailed. She worked over several weeks with our insurance company with phone calls and detailed photos to greatly increase payment from what the company initially offered to a much greater pay out. We appreciated her effort especially as it did not at all raise the payment she received, but helped only our increased reimbursement. Her goal was to help and satisfy her customer, and at a very fair and competitive price.… read full review
