I had brought my computer here because I was having a hard time clearing storage and updating it. This place helped update and restore my computer! The customer service was superb! I definitely recommend this business for computer services!!

All of staff are fantastic. Worked with Alex this time. Went in to have computer cleaned up. Instead of performing the necessary maintenance, which was going to be expensive, he recommend replacing my 10 yr old system with a new one for which he would make nothing. Alex's professionalism and long-range thinking prevailed over short-ferm income. Alex even assisted me in selecting the replacement. When I couldn't duplicate the recommended configuration, he went to the marketplace and found one for me.Naturally I went to Alex to transfer my files to the new computer.Also very important to me is reliability of support. We have used Asheville Computer for years and they always do an excellent job and they always go the extra mile. They are friendly and courteous.We had a new employee come today, Alex, and he was simply wonderful! He was so knowledgeable and we had a difficult problem. He stayed and kept working on it until the problem was resolved.Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable folks.
