With the recent flooding from hurricane Helene, Rick and his team responded quickly to save our home from a mold disaster! I would definitely use his company again without hesitation. If you’re looking for a company that provides top notch customer service, give them a call first! Thank you Rick and your whole team! We appreciate everything you did and the compassion you showed us during one of the hardest times of our lives.
Appalachian Restoration and Cleaning did a fantastic job carpeting the North Asheville Branch Library. They worked patiently with us through delays in scheduling caused by Helene. When it came time the job was done quickly, they worked around our timeline and it looks beautiful! Professional and great customer service all around.
I've used them twice. So professional and great customer service. Duane went over in the dark after the hurricane as we were out of town and heard there was some water intrusion. Great people!
