I contacted APEX August 31 and left a message. Tim (manager) promptly returned my call within 30 minutes. He could not have been any nicer even apologizing for missing my call. He took his time with me answering all my questions as a potential new client. I scheduled an appointment and he sent Jason Crowder out the next day (9/1) for my initial visit and extermination. Richard was terrific -- not only did he treat the yellowjacket nest in the siding of my house that I had had no luck treating myself, he discovered a active bee hive by my front door and noticed an ant trail on the side of my house that I had missed. Richard was extremely professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. Very pleased with his service.
Great experience with Apex Pest Control. I thought I had gotten bedbugs. Tom did a very thorough inspection and found that I didn’t. Just in case, he gave me some traps that would catch them if there were any (turned out there weren’t). No charge for any of this. And he arrived when he said he would. Yes, I’m happy I didn’t have bedbugs, though I’m also happy with how Tom approached this.
