We were new and an emergency situation. Andrea at the front desk was amazing! She kept on our local vet and got things done. We saw Dr Rodriguez and she was great - and she followed up a couple days later as well.
We had our first visit yesterday with a very sick cat. Dr. Lauer, Alexis, and other staff were efficient, attentive, kind, professional, and compassionate.
