I didn’t want to have to share this because the staff is kind, but in terms of capability, people should know what they’re getting into. They have cost me hundreds of dollars.

I dropped off my paperwork one month before the tax deadline. A month later I got news that they filed for an extension on my behalf because of a backlog at the office, rather than giving me the choice of picking it up and going elsewhere. I was concerned because I suspected I’d start accruing interest on what I would owe this year. They didn’t think I would owe because I got a return last year- VERY poor logic given the job changes I’d explained to them. My return remained in limbo.

Wish I could give a zero stars...Long time client. However, this year they lost staff and ignored their customers. Filled extensions, raised their rates / charged more fees and then ghosted everyone. With two weeks before the deadline the customers where informed that they were too behind and backed up to complete their taxes only after the customer contacted them not the other way around. They had no remorse for their actions and in no way attempted to have any resolution for their complete and utter failure to deliver the one service in which you are paying for. Beware beware they have had my taxes since the beginning of March for the year 2025. Every excuse possible they have been using why they Gotten around to file my 2025 taxes yet. Very disappointed with this association. Since Mari sold the business to someone else, it has gone downhill 110%. I will never use them again and I will warn anyone else who thinks about using them.
