I had a basement drain clog with a lot of water backup into my house. A rooter king was able to make it to my house late in the evening and fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and provided insightful advice while being honest about what he didn’t know (I really appreciate this). He answered all of my questions, was at no point dismissive or condescending and I felt that I could trust the information provided. He was cheaper than someone who came and simply told me he couldn’t fix the problem and would have to call someone else. We had a clogged kitchen drain/garbage disposal. Called this morning and someone was here by afternoon. Cleared the clog, provided some tips, and we're back in business. Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. Very pleased.
