First experience with white oak physicians was not a good experience. First the people at the from desk are just planin rude. Not nice women at all. The gal that took all my info after I was taken back to a room was a doll!! So pleasant!! Then the "nurse practitioner" came in... wow, never met a rude one until that day. She asked me every question 3 times, didn't listen obviously and treated me like I was lying. Then when I said I have asthma she asked me how I know I have asthma. Well I'm 54 years old so you would think I would know. So needless to say so not impressed with there (skills). There's more but I believe this gets the point across. The doctor was kind and caring. She listened intently and didn’t rush me. Her nurse made me feel confident and relaxed. My BP was even a decent number which it hadn’t been lately. My previous doctor left the area so I am a fairly new patient at Whit Oak Physicians. Everyone in the office area was helpful and polite. Very thankful they accepted me as a patient.

I have been a patient at this office my entire life. Dr Khan is an absolutely amazing doctor, I have on occasion seen Dr Holt as well, another wonderful doctor. However, I agree with several other reviews that Sarah is extremely rude and unprofessional. She seems to make it her mission to humiliate the patient. The last time I called to make an appointment the lady that answered the phone spoke in a nasty tone and even though I remained polite, she never softened one bit. She seemed truly angry. I ultimately told her never mind but thank you and got off the phone without an appointment. Now I have to decide if seeing a doctor that I love to see is worth dealing with...read full review
