Randolph Health Ear Nose & Throat provides excellent medical care. The practice is known for resolving issues, with a doctor who is quick, extremely detailed, and pleasant. He explains everything very well and is very nice. Many patients report a great experience and a great appointment. The staff is great, friendly, and the desk staff has also been great, with particular praise for a great nurse. Patients report successful outcomes for sinus issues, tube placement, and tonsillectomy. Surgery is described as great, changing a patient's quality of life. The doctor can diagnose what is wrong and how severe it is within minutes. However, some patients felt the doctor was kind of rushed, wishing he would spend extra minutes to listen to all symptoms. One patient felt a diagnosis was given without a test and that other symptoms were not acknowledged. The wait can sometimes be a bit long. Despite this, many patients are grateful, would not go anywhere else, and recommend the practice.
The doctor and staff are very nice and I was pleased with my visit. The office is very clean and a nice waiting area. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.
I started going to Dr. Ma when my primary insisted on it for my sinuses. I couldn't breathe through my nose and hadn't been able basically my whole life. I've been told I snore, so we thought this was the best place to start. He examined and within minutes told exactly what was wrong and how severe it was. I wanted to go on and schedule surgery. His surgery schedule was about a month out and that was ok with me. My surgery went great, if there's such a thing as a great surgery. I did all my follow-up visits, and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. I even recommended my mom and Dad to see him as well. After surgery when he removed the packing from my sinuses I could actually breathe for the first time in my life! I could take a deep breath through my nose and exhale through my nose! If you've ever had this kind of issue then you know. My quality of life was changed by Dr. Ma and I will forever be grateful.
I was treated the same as the other reviewers Dr came in said everything looked fine butt I still get that scratch in my throat that makes it where I can't talk, my eyes water so bad and the salads takes my breath away
