Charles was here on time. We had a regular scheduled maintenance and he was very knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything he did. He answered all my questions and helped me with the app. I would highly recommend Jordan Heating & Air.

Called at 7am, got a call back at 7:45am. Tech was at my house at 8:45am. Hvac system was repaired and tech paid at 9:15. Capacitor had gone bad on unit, couldn't have asked for better service and response. Very appreciated.
