I’m a fairly new first time home owner with no HVAC knowledge and had a very good experience with Charlie’s. When my AC stopped cooling I called the number they left on the machine when they had installed it for the previous owner several years ago. Abby picked up the phone after one ring and I was immediately relieved to be speaking with a human being. Charlie's Heating & Cooling installed a new HVAC system for us 2 years ago, which unfortunately, was a lemon with many, many repairs. They just got done installing a totally new one and I'm so happy! Throughout all the many repairs, which were frustrating, they stood by their work, showed up quickly, replaced many parts and were always responsive and very quick to try the best resolution possible. Thank you all for such great service! If I could give them 10 stars for their patience, I'd do it!
