I called Amicks first about 14 years ago they came out and did an amazing job installing my new central air unit. I called them again 5 years ago the Day my Daughter passed away it was so hot and i had people coming in from all over. i called around and everyone was booked up for weeks. i called Amicks they said they were two weeks out i explained what happened he was there in 20 minute and repaired my unit and didn't charge me anything. We had an issue with our Trane a/c unit in the heat of the summer. Other companies couldn’t send a technician until the following day. Amick & Jones had a specialist on site within the hour and repairing our unit. I would highly recommend.

Jeff installed a thermostat for me a couple of months ago. I called because my heat in my HVAC was blowing cold air after heating, stuck on. Last week my heat stopped completely, only blowing cold air although my propane tank showed 30% full. Jeff came out and inspected my system finding the igniter had shorted out. Had me to call and get tank filled, then replaced the igniter today, after propane delivery. Everything is back working properly now. I trusted his diagnosis and am grateful for a job well done. He didn't try to sell me a new heat pump, or a new system. I think he's a man of integrity so if anything else goes wrong with my HVAC system, he's the only person I plan to call. When it does come time for a new system, as I bought an old house, it will be installed by Amick and Jones because he knows how to service what they sell obviously. The price was also reasonable for both service calls, so he gets 5 Stars from me. I'm happy I'll be sleeping in my bed tonight instead of in my living room with my electric fireplace to keep warm. :)
